Willow Design is a full-service kitchen and bath remodeling studio specializing in thoughtful, functional, and beautifully crafted spaces. From creative design to contractor coordination and materials procurement, we manage every detail with care. Our work is a balance of skill and heart—grounded in craftsmanship, guided by function, and elevated by personal attention to every element of your home.

Initial Consultation

Our process begins with a phone consultation, followed by an in-home visit. 

All prospective clients will fill out the Client Questionaire.

An estimate, based on the scope of work, will be given.

We have preferred contractors, but are available to work with any local contactors in the Bay Area. 

Design & Visualization

We bring your vision to life with detailed design plans and realistic 3D renderings. Through a collaborative, hands-on process, we refine the designs together—making thoughtful edits along the way to ensure the final space reflects both your dreams and your daily needs. 

Our detailed design plans are included as part of the project price when working with our preferred contractor. If you choose to not move forward or to move forward with a different contractor, a separate fee will apply for these drawings. 

Materials Selection

Once the contract is signed, we begin the material selection process. Willow Design offers flexible options to suit your preferences—whether you’d like to shop alongside us and enjoy access to exclusive designer discounts at local showrooms, or prefer curated samples brought directly to your home based on your style and needs.

This includes things such a selection of cabinet finishes, hardware, lighting, faucets & sinks, paint colors, open shelving, flooring, appliances, etc. 

To support your decisions, we create customized Design Boards that visually showcase how your chosen materials will come together in your space. 

Project Coordination & Execution

We coordinate closely with the contractor throughout construction to ensure your design is executed with precision and care. From timelines to finish details, we remain actively involved to keep everything on track. 

Final Walkthrough 

Once the work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure every element meets your expectations.
